After a decade in the social innovation space, I’ve learned that while good intentions are important, product-market fit and a longer vision make or break a business. All businesses actually. Whether or not they focus on social and environmental impact.

In fact, great organisations share 3 key elements: a strong organisational culture, a data-backed strategy and clear evaluation checkpoints to support iteration from day one.

I have worn many hats from frontline worker on the ground to researcher and entrepreneur. I have worked with multinationals corporations, led projects across the globe, raised investment and launched a tech product.
