Measuring what matters

Designing what works

Where bold ideas spark impact

I help investors, startups, and corporate teams turn social impact into a quantifiable competitive advantage, moving beyond vague promises to deliver tangible social value.

The trick? Making sure that every strategic decision is rooted in a deep understanding of your market and audience. My approach blending academic research and ethics with field-tested operational know-how has helped clients across 7 sectors win market shares and secure high-stakes contracts.

By combining user-centered design with robust impact assessment, I ensure your solutions are built for the people who actually use them while delivering the value your investors need to see.

With a cross-cultural network rooted in the UK, France, and India, I can support your projects wherever they take you.

Hi, I’m Julie!

I’m passionate about smart ideas that turn into measurable impact. After a decade in the social innovation space, I’ve learned that while good intentions are important, product-market fit and longer vision make or break a business. The most impactful solutions share three key elements: a strong organisational culture, a data-driven strategy, and clear evaluation checkpoints to support iteration from day one.

I have worn many hats from frontline worker on the ground to researcher and entrepreneur. I have worked with multinationals corporations, led project across the globe, raised investment and launched a tech product.

I now use my experience and tools, shaped by research and real-world practice, to help entrepreneurs, investors and corporate teams grow their impact. From designing user-centric offerings to measuring impact, I'm here for the full journey.
