All sessions below were built around key skills and tools that have made a difference to me, as a founder, and to the teams I’ve worked with.

How are these workshops different?

My number one goal when delivering workshops is to make sure that the content is clear and applicable while not compromising on the quality and depth of the training participants are getting.

My job is to take concepts and frameworks that have proven to make a difference for real businesses into digestible nuggets you can start using as soon as you leave the room.

    I used to think creativity was only for “creative” jobs… Until I started working in industries that were anything but traditionally creative. Time and again, creative thinking got me out of tough spots and unlocked unexpected opportunities.

    If you want to increase your impact but have never heard of the Theory of Change (ToC) OR don’t know how to use it in practice, this workshop is for you.

    At the end of the session you will:

    • Be equipped with the best framework to create a sturdy impact strategy

    • Have already created your first ToC-based strategy

    Impact measurement is essential but data collection can be tedious and expensive. This session is designed to help you prioritise key metrics and find smart ways to track your progress while staying lean.

  • Why this workshop?

    Managing risk and uncertainty is one of the hardest parts of running a business. When integrating systemic risks (social, economic and environmental) it feels even harder. In this workshop, we will discuss concrete ways to make decisions in uncertainty and onboard stakeholders in scenarios where you are lacking information and/or time to investigate available options.

Leadership, Culture & Ethics

Create a culture where people and innovation thrive.

    We hear about organisational culture all the time but how do we enact it? Electing values that will proudly show up on a website is easy but how do we translate them in every day practices? How to make sure they ripple down from founder to staff members at all levels?

    By the end of this workshop you will:

    Conflict is part of running projects. When handled effectively, it only makes teams and deliverables stronger. When remaining unresolved however, it can have lasting negative consequences on organisations and team’s wellbeing.
