Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is a set of values championed by our team and formalised by our policies and work culture.
It protects every collaborator, partner and client and holds us accountable in work environments.
It’s part of our DNA and is our reference when dealing with risk and conflict.

Empathy

We aspire to lead and collaborate with empathy and fairness. This transpires in our every day relationships with team members, partners and clients as well as in the way we deal with challenges and conflict. Empathy is how we operate.

Accountability

We take accountability for our work and impact on people and the planet and aspire to improve our practices and operations year on year.

We expect all our team members and collaborators to behave in a way that doesn’t arm or threaten others or their environment and have a zero tolerance policy for abuse, violence and antisocial behaviours.

We commit to teaching and challenging ourselves to keep improving our knowledge and practices on inclusion and environmental protection.
